I can confidently (and highly) recommend Robbie and Carolina Cool Zone. He and his assistant were prompt, efficient, polite and able to diagnose and repair our unit’s problems swiftly for a fair price. What a relief to have a warm, cozy house again!

Omg can’t say enough about them! Unit went down last night and I called them this morning and they made here by the afternoon. And got it up and blowing cool air!!! What a relief!exceptional service, I highly recommend them!!!!

I called Robbie on a Saturday morning pretty desperate since the AC was out and temps were climbing close to 100. He came out within hours and went above and beyond to get it back up and running. It’s an extremely old system and he did what he could do to get it working for me. I am so appreciative of him and his very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!!

Call them 1st! A true answer to my prayers when I came home to 95degrees. Not only were they on time, but they called and asked if they could come early – yes please! Fixed/checked/cleaned everything and were done so fast. So very caring and courteous! (And super reasonable) Thank you Robbie and crew!

Highly recommend! Carolina Cool Zone was able to come over same day to fix our HVAC unit. He had our home go from 82 degrees back to our normal temp within a few hours and we are very grateful for that in this summer heat!

Thanks Robbie for such prompt service. When the temp in my house started creeping up this afternoon we called Carolina Cool Zone. He answered right away and said he could be out within 45 minutes. Nobody likes when their AC stops working, especially during heat of summer. Robbie was able to come same day (other company’s were days out) and he had the issue diagnosed and had us back up and running in no time! I was super impressed with how quickly and efficiently he worked without cutting any corners. He also cleaned up and vacuumed out our unit from all the leaves and debris. Above and beyond. I will definitely be calling for any future maintenance or repairs!
